  2. الْكَیْلَناپ
  3. اِذَاجب
  4. كِلْتُمْناپو تم
  5. وَزِنُوْااور تولو
  6. بِالْقِسْطَاسِساتھ ترازو کے
  7. الْمُسْتَقِیْمِ ؕسیدھی/ درست
  8. ذٰلِكَیہ
  9. خَیْرٌبہتر ہے
  10. وَّاَحْسَنُاور زیادہ اچھا ہے
  11. تَاْوِیْلًاانجام کے اعتبار سے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

پیمانے سے دو تو پُورا بھر کر دو، اور تولو تو ٹھیک ترازو سے تولو۔1یہ اچھا طریقہ ہے اور ہلحاظِ انجام بھی یہی بہتر ہے۔2

  1. یہ ہدایت بھی صرف افراد کے باہمی معاملات تک محدود نہ رہی، بلکہ اسلامی حکومت کے قیام کے بعد یہ حکومت کے فرائض میں داخل کی گئی کہ وہ منڈیوں اور بازاروں میں اوزان اور پیمانوں کی نگرانی کرے اور تطفیف کر بزور بند کردے۔ پھر اسی سے یہ وسیع اصول اخذ کیا گیا کہ تجارت اور معاشی لین دین میں ہر قسم کی بے ایمانیوں اور حق تلفیوں کا سد باب کرنا حکومت کے فرائض میں سے ہے۔

  2. یعنی دنیا میں بھی اور آخرت میں بھی۔ دنیا میں اس کا انجام اس لیے بہتر ہے کہ اس سے باہمی اعتماد قائم ہوتا ہے، بائع اور خریداری دونوں ایک دوسرے پر بھروسہ کرتے ہیں، اور یہ چیز انجام کار تجارت کے فروغ اور عام خوشحالی کی موجب ثابت ہوتی ہے۔ رہی آخرت ، تو وہاں انجام کی بھلائی کا سارا دارومدار ہی ایمان اور خدا ترسی پر ہے۔
