  8. اَحْسَنُزیادہ اچھا ہے

  10. یَبْلُغَوہ پہنچ جائے
  11. اَشُدَّهٗ ۪اپنی جوانی کو
  12. وَاَوْفُوْااور پورا کرو
  13. بِالْعَهْدِ ۚعہد کو
  14. اِنَّکیونکہ
  15. الْعَهْدَعہد
  16. كَانَہے
  17. مَسْـُٔوْلًاپوچھا جانے والا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

مالِ یتیم کے پاس نہ پھٹکو مگر احسن طریقے سے، یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنے شباب کو پہنچ جائے۔1عہد کی پابندی کرو، بے شک عہد کے بارے میں تم کو جواب دہی کرنی ہوگی۔2

  1. یہ بھی محض ایک اخلاقی ہدایت نہ تھی بلکہ آگے چل کر جب اسلامی حکومت قائم  ہوئی تو یتامیٰ کے حقو ق کی حفاظت کے لیے انتظامی اور قانونی ، دونوں کی طرح کی تدابیر  اختیا  ر کی گئیں جن کی تفصیل ہم کو حدیث اور فقہ کی کتابوں میں ملتی ہے۔ پھر اسی سے  یہ وسیع اصول اخذ کیا گیا کہ اسلامی یاست اپنے اُن تمام شہریوں کے مفاد کی محافظ ہے جو اپنے مفاد کی خود حفاظت کرنے کے قابل نہ ہوں۔ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا اشاد اَنَاوَ لِیُّ مَنْ لَّا وَلِیَّ لَہُ( میں ہر اس شخص کا سرپرست ہوں جس کا کوئی سرپرست نہ ہو)اسی طرف اشارہ کرتا ہے، اور یہ اسلامی قانون کے ایک وسیع باب کی بنیاد ہے۔

  2. یہ بھی صرف انفرادی اخلاقیات  ہی کی ایک دفعہ نہ تھی بلکہ جب اسلامی حکومت قائم ہوئی تو اسی کو یوری قوم کی داخلی اور خارجی سیاست کا سنگِ بنیاد ٹھیرا یا گیا۔

اور مت قریب جاؤ یتیم کے مال کے مگر احسن طریقے سے یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنی جوانی کو پہنچ جائے اور عہد کو پورا کرو یقیناً عہد کے بارے میں باز پرس ہوگی

Commentary

آیت 34 وَلَا تَقْرَبُوْا مَالَ الْيَتِيْمِ اِلَّا بالَّتِيْ ھِيَ اَحْسَنُ یہ آیت قبل ازیں ہم سورة الانعام آیت 152 میں بھی پڑھ چکے ہیں۔ یعنی یتیم کے مال کو ہڑپ کرنے اس سے ناجائز فائدہ اٹھانے یا اسے ضائع کرنے کی کوشش نہ کرو بلکہ اس کی حفاظت کرو اور اسے ہر طرح سے سنبھال کر رکھو :
