Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

زنا کے قریب نہ پھٹکو، وہ بہت بُرا فعل اور بڑا ہی بُرا راستہ۔1

  1. ”زنا کے قریب نہ پھٹکو“، اس کے حکم کے مخاطب افراد بھی ہیں، اور معاشرہ بحیثیت مجموعی بھی۔ افراد کے لے اس حکم کے معنی یہ ہیں کہ وہ محض فعل زنا ہی سے بچنے پر اکتفا نہ کریں ، بلکہ زنا کے مقدمات اور اس کے اُن ابتدائی محرکات سے بھی دور ہیں جو اس راستے کی طرف لےجاتے ہیں۔ رہا معاشرہ ، تو اس حکم کی رو سے اس کا فرض یہ ہے کہ وہ اجتماعی زندگی  میں زنا، اور محرکاتِ زنا ، اور اسبابِ زنا کا سدِ باب کرے، اور اس غرض کےلیے قانون سے، تعلیم و تربیت سے، اجتماعی ماحول کی اصلاح سے، معاشرتی زندگی کی مناسب تشکیل سے، اور دوسری تمام موثر تدابیر سے کام لے۔                 یہ دفعہ آخر کار اسلامی نظام ِ زندگی کے ایک وسیع باب کی بنیادبنی۔ اس کے منشا کے مطابق زنا اور تہمتِ زنا کو فوجداری جرم قرار دیاگیا ، پردے کے احکام جاری کیے گئے، فواحش کی اشاعت کو سختی کےساتھ روک دیا گیا، شراب اور موسیقی اور رقص اور تصاویر پر (جو زنا کے قریب ترین رشتہ دار ہیں)بندشیں لگائی گئیں، اور ایک ایسا ازدواجی قانون بنایا گیا جس سے نکاح آسان ہو گیا اور زنا کے معاشرتی اسباب کی جڑ کٹ گئی۔

اور زنا کے قریب بھی مت جاؤ یقیناً یہ بہت بےحیائی کا کام ہے اور بہت ہی برا راستہ ہے

Commentary

آیت 32 وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنٰٓىیہاں ”زنا مت کرو“ کے بجائے وہ حکم دیا جا رہا ہے جس میں انتہائی احتیاط کا مفہوم پایا جاتا ہے کہ زنا کے قریب بھی مت پھٹکو۔ یعنی ہر اس معاملے سے خود کو محفوظ فاصلے پر رکھو جو تمہیں زنا تک لے جانے یا پہنچانے کا سبب بن سکتا ہو۔
