  10. بِعِبَادِهٖاپنے بندوں کے ساتھ
  11. خَبِیْرًاخبر رکھنے والا،
  12. بَصِیْرًادیکھنے والا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

تیرا ربّ جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے رزق کشادہ کرتا ہے اور جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے تنگ کر دیتا ہے۔ وہ اپنے بندوں کے حال سے باخبر ہے اور انہیں دیکھ رہا ہے۔1

  1. یعنی اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے بندوں کے درمیان رزق کی بخشش میں کم و بیش کا جو فرق رکھا ہے انسان اس کی مصلحتوں کو نہیں سمجھ سکتا ، لہٰذا تقسیم رزق کے فطری نظام میں انسان کو اپنی مصنوعی تدبیروں سے دخل اندازنہ ہونا چاہیے ۔فطری نامساوات کو مصنوعی مساوات میں تبدیل کرنا، یا اس نا مساوات کو فطرت کی حدود سے بڑھا کر بے انصافی کی حد تک پہنچا دینا، دونوں ہی یکساں غلط ہیں۔ ایک صحیح معاشی نظام وہی ہے جو خدا کےمقرر کیے ہوئے طریق ِ تقسیم رزق سے قریب تر ہو۔                 اس فقرے میں قانون فطرت کے جس قاعدے کی طرف رہنمائی کی گئی تھی اس کی وجہ سے مدینے کے اصلاحی پروگرام میں یہ تخیل سرے سے کوئی راہ نہ پا سکا کہ رزق اور وسائل ِ رزق میں تفاوت اور تفاضُل بجائے خود کوئی برائی ہے جسے مٹانا اور ایک بے طبقات سوسائٹی پیدا کرنا کسی درجے میں بھی مطلوب ہو۔ اس کے بر عکس مدینہ طیبہ میں انسانی تمدن کو صالح بنیادوں پر قائم کرنے کے لیے جو راہ عمل اختیار کی گئی وہ یہ تھی کہ فطرت اللہ نے انسانوں کے درمیان جو فرق رکھے ہیں ان کو اصل فطری حالت پر بر قرار رکھا جائے اور اوپر کی دی ہوئی ہدایات کےمطابق سوسائٹی کے اخلاق و اطوار اور قوانین عمل کی اس طرح اصلاح کر دی جائے کہ معاش کا فرق وتفاوت کسی ظلم وبے انصافی کا موجب بننے کے بجائے ااُن بے شمار اخلاقی، روحانی اور تمدنی فوائد و برکات کا ذریعہ بن جائے جن کی خاطر ہی دراصل خالقِ کائنات نے اپنے بندوں کے درمیان یہ فرق و تفاوت رکھا ہے۔

یقیناً تمہارا رب کشادہ کرتا ہے رزق جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے اور تنگ کرتا ہے (جس کے لیے چاہتا ہے) یقیناً وہ اپنے بندوں کی خبر رکھنے والا (اور ان کے حالات کو) دیکھنے والا ہے

Commentary

آیت 30 اِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَّشَاۗءُ وَيَــقْدِرُ بعض اوقات اللہ کا کوئی بندہ چاہتا ہے کہ میں کوشش کر کے اپنے فلاں نادار رشتہ دار کے حالات بہتر کردوں مگر اس کی پوری کوشش کے باوجود اس کے حالات نہیں سدھرتے۔ ایسی کیفیت کے بارے میں فرمایا گیا کہ کسی کے رزق کی تنگی اور فراخی کا فیصلہ اللہ تعالیٰ کرتا ہے اس میں تم لوگوں کو کچھ اختیار نہیں۔ لہٰذا تم لوگ اپنی سی کوشش کرتے رہو اور نتائج اللہ پر چھوڑ دو۔
