Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اِن کو بھی اور اُن کو بھی ، دونوں فریقوں کو ہم (دُنیا میں)سامانِ زیست دیے جارہے ہیں، یہ تیرے ربّ کا عطیہ ہے، اور تیرے ربّ کی عطا کو روکنے والا کوئی نہیں ہے۔1

  1. یعنی دنیا میں رزق اور سامان زندگی دنیا پرستوں کو بھی مل رہا ہے اور آخرت کے طلبگاروں کو بھی عطیہ اللہ ہی کا ہے، کسی اور کا نہیں ہے۔ نہ دنیا پرستوں میں یہ طاقت ہے کہ آخر ت کے طلبگاروں کو رزق سے محروم کردیں، اور نہ آخرت کے طلب گار ہی یہ قدرت رکھتے ہیں کہ دنیا پرستوں تک اللہ کی نعمت نہ پہنچنے دیں۔

ہم سب کو مدد پہنچائے جا رہے ہیں ان کو بھی اور ان کو بھی آپ کے رب کی عطا سے اور آپ کے رب کی عطا رکی ہوئی نہیں ہے

Commentary

آیت 20 كُلًّا نُّمِدُّ هٰٓؤُلَاۗءِ وَهٰٓؤُلَاۗءِ مِنْ عَطَاۗءِ رَبِّكَ یہ دنیا چونکہ دار الامتحان ہے اس لیے جب تک انسان یہاں موجود ہیں ان میں سے کوئی مجرم ہو یا اطاعت گزار ہر ایک کی بنیادی ضروریات پوری ہو رہی ہیں۔ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی خصوصی نوازش ہے جس میں سے وہ اپنے نافرمانوں اور دشمنوں کو بھی نواز رہا ہے۔وَمَا كَانَ عَطَاۗءُ رَبِّكَ مَحْظُوْرًادنیا میں اللہ تعالیٰ کی یہ عطا اور بخشش عام ہے۔ اس میں دوست اور دشمن کے امتیاز کی بنیاد پر کوئی قدغن یا روک ٹوک نہیں ہے۔
