Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور کہو”تعریف ہے اُس خدا کے لیے جس نے نہ کسی کو بیٹا بنایا، نہ کوئی بادشاہی میں اُس کا شریک ہے، اور نہ وہ عاجز ہے کہ کوئی اس کا پشتیبان ہو۔“1 اور اُس کی بڑائی بیان کرو، کمال درجے کی بڑائی

  1. اس فقرے میں ایک لطیف طنز ہے ان مشرکین کے عقائد پر جو مختلف دیوتاؤں اور بزرگ انسانوں کے بارے میں یہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ اللہ میاں نے اپنی خدائی کے مختلف شعبے یا اپنی سلطنت کے مختلف علاقے ان کے انتظام میں دے رکھے ہیں۔ اس بیہودہ عقیدے کا صاف مطلب یہ ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ خود اپنی خدائی کا بار سنبھالنے سے عاجز ہے اس لیے وہ اپنے پشتیباں تلاش کررہا ہے۔ اسی بنا پر فرمایاگیا کہ اللہ عاجز نہیں ہے کہ اسے کچھ ڈپٹیوں اور مددگاروں کی حاجت ہو۔
