  1. وَقُرْاٰنًااور قرآن
  2. فَرَقْنٰهُالگ الگ کردیا ہم نے اس کو
  3. لِتَقْرَاَهٗتاکہ تم پڑھو اس کو
  4. عَلَیپر
  5. النَّاسِلوگوں
  6. عَلٰیپر
  7. مُكْثٍآہستگی سے/ ٹھہر ٹھہر کر
  8. وَّنَزَّلْنٰهُاور نازل کیا ہم نے اس کو
  9. تَنْزِیْلًاآہستہ آہستہ نازل کرنا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور اس قرآن کو ہم نے تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے نازل کیا ہے تاکہ تم ٹھہر ٹھہر کر اسے لوگوں کو سُناوٴ، اور اسے ہم نے(موقع موقع سے)بتدریج اُتارا ہے۔1

  1. یہ مخالفین کے اس شبہہ کا جواب ہے کہ اللہ میاں کو پیغام بھیجنا تھاتو پورا پیغام بیک وقت کیوں نہ بھیج دیا ؟  یہ آخر ٹھیر ٹھیر کر تھوڑا تھوڑا پیغام کیوں بھیجا جا رہا ہے؟ کیا خدا کو بھی انسانوں کی طرح سوچ سوچ کر بات کرنے کی ضرورت پیش آتی ہے؟ اس شبہہ کا مفصل جواب سورہ نحل آیات ١۰١،١۰2 میں گزر چکا ہے اور وہاں ہم اس کی تشریح بھی  کر چکے ہیں، اس لیے یہاں اس کے اعادے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔

اور قرآن کو ہم نے ٹکڑے ٹکڑے (کرکے نازل) کیا ہے تاکہ آپ اسے لوگوں کو ٹھہر ٹھہر کر سنائیں اور ہم نے اس کو اتارا ہے تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے

Commentary

وَّنَزَّلْنٰهُ تَنْزِيْلًاقرآن کے مختلف احکام حالات کے عین مطابق مختلف مواقع پر نازل کیے جاتے رہے تاکہ جن آیات یا احکام کی جس وقت ضرورت ہو وہی لوگوں کو پڑھ کر سنائے جائیں۔ جیسے جیسے رسول اللہ کی تحریک اور دعوت آگے بڑھتی گئی ویسے ویسے قرآن کے احکام کے ذریعے اس کے لیے فکری رہنمائی مہیا کی جاتی رہی۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ پورا قرآن یکبارگی نازل نہیں کیا گیا۔
