  3. الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
  4. اَشْرَكُوْاجنہوں نے شرک کیا
  5. شُرَكَآءَهُمْاپنے شریکوں کو
  6. قَالُوْاکہیں گے
  7. رَبَّنَااے ہمارے رب
  8. هٰۤؤُلَآءِیہ وہ لوگ ہیں
  9. شُرَكَآؤُنَاجو ہمارے شریک ہیں
  10. الَّذِیْنَوہ جو
  11. كُنَّاتھے ہم
  12. نَدْعُوْاپکارتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور جب وہ لوگ جنہوں نے دنیا میں شرک کیا تھا اپنے ٹھہرائے ہوئے شریکوں کو دیکھیں گے تو کہیں گے ”اے پروردگار، یہی ہیں ہمارے وہ شریک جنہیں ہم تجھے چھوڑ کر پُکارا کرتے تھے۔“ اس پر اُن کے وہ معبود انہیں صاف جواب دیں گے کہ”تم جھُوٹے ہو۔“1

  1. اس کا مطلب یہ نہیں ہے کہ وہ بجائے خود اِس واقعہ کا انکار کریں گے کہ مشرکین انہیں حاجت روائی و مشکل کشائی کے لیے پکارا کرتے تھے، بلکہ دراصل وہ اس واقعہ کے متعلق اپنے علم و اطلاع اور اس پر اپنی رضامندی و ذمہ داری کا انکار کریں گے ۔ وہ کہیں گے کہ ہم نے کبھی تم سے یہ نہیں کہا تھا کہ تم خدا کو چھوڑ کر ہمیں پکارا کرو، نہ ہم تمہاری اس حرکت پر راضی تھے،  بلکہ ہمیں تو خبر تک نہ تھی کہ تم ہمیں پکار رہے ہو۔ تم نے اگر ہمیں سمیع الدُّعا ء اور مجیب الدعوات ، اور دستگیر و فریاد رس قرار دیا تھا تو یہ قطعی ایک جھوٹی بات تھی  جو تم نے گھڑ لی تھی اور اس کے ذمہ دار تم خود تھے۔ اب  ہمیں اس کی ذمہ داری  میں لپیٹنے کی کوشش کیوں کر تے ہو۔
