Surah 16, ayah 78

  1. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ تعالیٰ
  2. اَخْرَجَكُمْاس نے نکالا تم کو
  3. مِّنْسے
  4. بُطُوْنِپیٹوں
  5. اُمَّهٰتِكُمْتمہاری ماؤں کے
  6. لَانہیں
  7. تَعْلَمُوْنَتم جانتے تھے
  8. شَیْـًٔا ۙکچھ بھی
  9. وَّجَعَلَاور اس نے بنائے
  10. لَكُمُتمہارے لیے
  11. السَّمْعَکان
  12. وَالْاَبْصَارَاور آنکھیں
  13. وَالْاَفْـِٕدَةَ ۙاور دل
  14. لَعَلَّكُمْتاکہ تم
  15. تَشْكُرُوْنَشکر گزار بنو

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اللہ نے تم کو تمہاری ماوٴں کے پیٹوں سے نکالا اس حالت میں کہ تم کچھ نہ جانتے تھے۔ اُس نے تمہیں کان دیے ، آنکھیں دیں، اور سوچنےوالے دل دیے1، اس لیے کہ تم شکر گزار بنو۔2

  1. یعنی وہ ذرائع جن سے تمہیں دنیا میں ہر طرح کی واقفیت حاصل ہوئی اور تم اس لائق ہوئے کہ دنیا کے کام چلا سکو۔ انسان کا بچہ پیدائش کے وقت جتنا بے بس اور بے خبر ہوتا ہے  اتنا کسی جانور کا نہیں ہوتا۔ مگر یہ صرف اللہ کے دیے ہوئے ذرائع علم( سماعت، بینائی ، اور تعقل و تفکر) ہی میں ہیں جن کی بدولت وہ ترقی کر کے تمام موجودات ِ ارضی پر حکمرانی کر نے کے لائق بن جاتا ہے۔

  2. یعنی اُس خدا کے شکر گزار  جس نے یہ بے بہا نعمتیں  تم کو عطا کیں۔ اِن نعمتوں کی اس سے بڑھ کر ناشکری اور کیا ہو سکتی ہے کہ اِن کانوں سے آدمی سب کچھ سنے مگر ایک خدا ہی کی بات نہ سنے، اِن آنکھوں سے سب کچھ دیکھے مگر ایک خدا ہی کی آیات نہ دیکھے اور اس دماغ سے سب کچھ سوچے مگر ایک  یہی بات نہ سوچے کہ میرا وہ محسن کون ہے جس نے یہ انعامات مجھے دیےہیں۔
