Surah 16, ayah 17

  1. اَفَمَنْکیا بھلا وہ جو
  2. یَّخْلُقُپیدا کرتا ہے
  3. كَمَنْمانند اس کے ہوسکتا ہے جو
  4. لَّانہیں
  5. یَخْلُقُ ؕپیدا کرتا
  6. اَفَلَاکیا بھلا نہیں
  7. تَذَكَّرُوْنَتم نصیحت پکڑتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

پھر کیا وہ جو پیدا کرتا ہے اور وہ جو کچھ بھی پیدا نہیں کرتے ، دونوں یکساں ہیں؟1 کیا تم ہوش میں نہیں آتے؟

  1. یعنی اگر تم یہ مانتے ہو (جیسا کہ فی الواقع کفارِ مکہ بھی مانتے تھے اور دنیا کے دوسرے مشرکین بھی مانتے ہیں) کہ خالق اللہ ہی ہے اور اس کائنات کے اندر تمہارے ٹھیرائے ہوئے شریکوں میں سے کسی کا کچھ بھی پیدا کیا ہوا نہیں ہے توپھر کیسے ہو سکتاہے کہ خالق کے خلق کیے ہوئے نظام  میں غیر خالق ہستیوں کی حیثیت خود خالق کے برابر یا کسی طرح بھی اُس کے مانند ہو؟ کیونکر ممکن ہے کہ اپنی خلق کی ہوئی کائنات   میں جو اختیارات خالق کے ہیں وہی ان غیر خالقوں کے بھی ہوں، اور اپنی مخلوق پر جو حقوق خالق کو حاصل ہیں وہی حقوق غیر خالقوں کو بھی حاصل ہوں؟ کیسے باور کیا جا سکتاہے کہ خالق اور غیر خالق کی صفات ایک  جیسی ہوں گی، یا وہ ایک جنس کے افراد ہوں گے، حتیٰ کہ ان کے درمیان باپ اور اولاد  کا رشتہ ہو گا؟

Bayan-ul-Quran

تو کیا جو (یہ سب کچھ) پیدا کرتا ہے ان کی طرح ہے جو (کچھ بھی) پیدا نہیں کرتے ؟ تو کیا تم نصیحت حاصل نہیں کرتے

Commentary

آیت 17 اَفَمَنْ يَّخْلُقُ كَمَنْ لَّا يَخْلُقُ ۭ اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُوْنَ مشرکین عرب نے مختلف ناموں سے جو بت بنا رکھے تھے ان کے بارے میں ان کا عقیدہ تھا کہ وہ اللہ کے ہاں ان کی سفارش کریں گے۔ سورة یونس کی آیت 18 میں ان کے اس عقیدے کا ذکر ان الفاظ میں کیا گیا ہے : وَيَقُوْلُوْنَ هٰٓؤُلَاۗءِ شُفَعَاۗؤُنَا عِنْدَاللّٰهِ ”اور وہ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ اللہ کے ہاں ہمارے سفارشی ہیں“۔ اللہ کے بارے میں ان کا ماننا تھا کہ وہ کائنات اور اس میں موجود ہرچیز کا خالق ہے اور وہ یہ بھی تسلیم کرتے تھے کہ ان کے معبودوں کا اس تخلیق میں کوئی حصہ نہیں اور نہ ہی وہ کوئی چیز تخلیق کرسکتے ہیں۔ قرآن میں ان کے اس عقیدے کا بھی بار بار ذکر آیا ہے : وَلَءِنْ سَاَلْتَہُمْ مَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ لَیَقُوْلُنَّ اللّٰہُ لقمان : 25 ”اگر آپ ان سے پوچھیں گے کہ کس نے پیدا کیا آسمانوں اور زمین کو تو لازماً یہی کہیں گے کہ اللہ نے !“ ان لوگوں کے اسی عقیدے کی بنیاد پر یہاں یہ سوال پوچھا گیا ہے کہ تمہارے یہ خود ساختہ معبود ‘ جو کچھ بھی تخلیق کرنے کی قدرت نہیں رکھتے ‘ کیا اس اللہ کی مانند ہوسکتے ہیں جو اس کائنات اور اس میں موجود ہرچیز کا خالق ہے ؟ اور اگر تم تسلیم کرتے ہو کہ اس سوال کا جواب نفی میں ہے تو کیا پھر بھی تم لوگ نصیحت نہیں پکڑتے ہو ؟
