- وَاَرْسَلْنَااور بھیجتے ہیں ہم
- الرِّیٰحَہواؤں کو
- لَوَاقِحَبار آور بنا کر۔ بوجھل بنا کر
- فَاَنْزَلْنَاپھر نازل کیا ہم نے
- مِنَسے
- السَّمَآءِآسمان
- مَآءًپانی
- فَاَسْقَیْنٰكُمُوْهُ ۚپس پلایا ہم نے تم کو اسے
- وَمَاۤاور نہیں
- اَنْتُمْتم
- لَهٗاس کے لیے

اور ہم بھیجتے ہیں ہوائیں جو بوجھل ہوتی ہیں (یا بوجھل کرنے والی ہوتی ہیں) پس ہم نے اتارا آسمان سے پانی پھر وہ تم لوگوں کو پلایا اور تم اس کے جمع کرنے والے نہیں ہو

Commentary
آیت 22 وَاَرْسَلْنَا الرِّيٰحَ لَوَاقِحَ لَوَاقِحَ کا مفہوم پہلے تو یہی سمجھا جاتا تھا کہ یہ ہوائیں بادلوں کو اٹھا کر لاتی ہیں اور بارش کا سبب بنتی ہیں لیکن اب جدید سائنسی تحقیق سے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ polen grains بھی ہواؤں کے ذریعے منتقل ہوتے ہیں جن سے پھولوں کی فرٹیلائزیشن ہوتی ہے جس کے نتیجے میں فصلیں اور پھل پیدا ہوتے ہیں۔ یوں یہ سارا نباتاتی نظام بھی ہواؤں کی وجہ سے چل رہا ہے۔ فَاَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاۗءِ مَاۗءً فَاَسْقَيْنٰكُمُوْهُ پانی مبدا حیات ہے۔ زمین پر ہر طرح کی زندگی کے وجود کا منبع اور سرچشمہ بھی پانی ہے اور پھر پانی پر ہی زندگی کی بقا کا انحصار بھی ہے۔ پانی کی اس اہمیت کے پیش نظر اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کی تقسیم و ترسیل کا ایک لگا بندھا نظام وضع کیا ہے جسے آج کی سائنس نے واٹر سائیکل کا نام دیا ہے۔ واٹر سائیکل کا یہ عظیم الشان نظام اللہ تعالیٰ کے عجائبات میں سے ہے۔ سمندروں سے ہواؤں تک بخارات پہنچا کر بارش اور برفباری کا انتظام گلیشیئرز کی شکل میں بلند وبالا پہاڑوں پر واٹر سٹوریج کا اہتمام پھر چشموں ندی نالوں اور دریاؤں کے ذریعے سے اس پانی کی وسیع و عریض میدانی علاقوں تک رسائی اور زیر زمین پانی کا عظیم الشان ذخیرہ۔ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کا وضع کردہ وہ واٹرسائیکل ہے جس پر پوری دنیا میں ہر قسم کی زندگی کا دارومدار ہے۔وَمَآ اَنْتُمْ لَهٗ بِخٰزِنِيْنَ یہ تمہارے بس میں نہ تھا کہ تم پانی کے اس ذخیرے کو جمع کرتے۔
