  3. شَیْءٍچیز
  4. اِلَّامگر
  5. عِنْدَنَاہمارے پاس
  6. خَزَآىِٕنُهٗ ؗاس کے خزانے ہیں
  7. وَمَااور نہیں
  8. نُنَزِّلُهٗۤہم اتارتے اس کو
  9. اِلَّامگر
  10. بِقَدَرٍساتھ ایک اندازے کے
  11. مَّعْلُوْمٍجو معلوم ہے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

کوئی چیز ایسی نہیں جس کے خزانے ہمارے پاس نہ ہوں، اور جس چیز کو بھی ہم نازل کرتے ہیں ایک مقرر مقدار میں نازل کرتے ہیں۔1

  1. یہاں اس حقیقت پر متنبہ فرمایا  کہ یہ معاملہ صرف نباتات ہی کے ساتھ خاص نہیں ہے بلکہ تمام موجودات کے معاملہ میں عام ہے ۔ ہوا، پانی ، روشنی ، گرمی، سردی، جمادات، نباتات، حیوانات، غرض ہر چیز ، ہر نوع ، ہر جنس ، اور ہر قوت و طاقت کے لیے ایک حد مقرر ہے جس پر وہ ٹھیری ہوئی ہے اور ایک مقدار ہے جس سے نہ وہ گھٹتی ہے نہ بڑھتی ہے۔ اسی تقدیر اور کمال درجہ کی حکیمانہ تقدیر ہی کا یہ کرشمہ ہے کہ زمین سے لے کر آسمانوں تک پورے نظام کائنات میں یہ توازن ، یہ اعتدال ، اور یہ تناسب نظر آرہا ہے ۔ اگر یہ کائنات کا ایک اتفاقی حادثہ ہوتی، یا بہت سے خداؤں کی کاریگری و کارفرمائی کا نتیجہ ہوتی تو کس طرح ممکن تھا کہ بے شمار مختلف اشیاء اور قوتوں کے درمیان ایسا مکمل توازن و تناسب قائم ہوتا اور مسلسل قائم رہ سکتا؟

اور نہیں ہے کوئی شے مگر ہمارے پاس ہیں اس کے خزانے ہم نہیں نازل کرتے اس میں سے مگر ایک طے شدہ اندازے کے مطابق

Commentary

آیت 21 وَاِنْ مِّنْ شَيْءٍ اِلَّا عِنْدَنَا خَزَاۗىِٕنُهٗ کوئی شے ایسی نہیں ہے جس کے خزانے ہمارے پاس نہ ہوں۔ ہمارے خزانے اور وسائل لامحدود ہیں ‘ لیکن :وَمَا نُنَزِّلُهٗٓ اِلَّا بِقَدَرٍ مَّعْلُوْمٍ ان لامتناہی اور لا محدود خزانوں سے صرف ضرورت کے مطابق اشیاء دنیا میں بھیجی جاتی ہیں۔ جیسے ہمارے ہاں بڑے بڑے گوداموں سے ضرورت کے مطابق چیزوں کی ترسیل کی جاتی ہے۔
