وہ اس پر ایمان نہیں لایا کرتے۔1قدیم سے اس قماش کے لوگوں کا یہی طریقہ چلا آرہا ہے

  1. عام طور پر مترجمین  و مفسرین نے نَسْلُکُہکی ضمیر استہزاء کی طرف اور لَا یُوْمِنُوْنَ بِہٖ کی ضمیر  ذکر کی طرف پھیری ہے، اور مطلب یہ بیان کیا ہے کہ”ہم اسی طرح اس استہزاء کو مجرمین کے دلوں میں داخل کرتے ہیں اور وہ اس ذکر پر ایمان نہیں لاتے“۔ اگرچہ نحوی قاعدے کے لحاظ سے اس میں کوئی قباحت نہیں ہے ، لیکن ہمارے نزدیک نحو کے اعتبار سے بھی زیادہ صحیح یہ ہے کہ دونوں ضمیریں ذکر کی طرف پھیری جائیں۔ سلک کے معنی عربی زبان میں کسی چیز کو دوسری چیز میں چلانے ، گزارنے اور پرونے کے ہیں، جیسے تاگے کو سوئی کے ناکے میں گزارنا۔ پس آیت کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ اہلِ ایمان کے اندر تو یہ ذکر قلب کی ٹھنڈک اور روح کی غذا بن کر اترتا ہے، مگر مجرموں کے دلوں میں یہ شتابہ بن کر لگتا ہے اور اُس کے اندر اِسے سن کر ایسی آگ بھڑک اُٹھتی ہے گویا کہ ایک گرم سلاخ تھی جو سینے کے پا ر ہو  گئی۔

(تو اے نبی !) یہ لوگ ایمان نہیں لائیں گے اور پہلے لوگوں کی سنت گزر چکی ہے

آیت 13 لَا يُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِهٖ وَقَدْ خَلَتْ سُـنَّةُ الْاَوَّلِيْنَ انبیاء و رسل کے مخاطبین کا ہمیشہ سے یہی طریقہ رہا ہے۔ جس طرح ہم نے اپنے رسول محمد پر یہ ”الذکر“ نازل کیا ہے اسی طرح پہلے بھی ہم اپنے رسولوں پر کتابیں اور صحیفے نازل کرتے رہے ہیں ‘ مگر ان کی قوموں کے لوگ اکثر انکار ہی کرتے رہے۔
