مُهْطِعِیْنَتیزی سے دوڑنے والے ہوں گے
مُقْنِعِیْاوپر کو سر اٹھانے والے ہوں گے
رُءُوْسِهِمْاپنے سروں کو
لَانہیں
یَرْتَدُّلوٹے گی
اِلَیْهِمْان کی طرف
طَرْفُهُمْ ۚان کی نگاہ
وَاَفْـِٕدَتُهُمْاور ان کے دل
هَوَآءٌخالی ہوں گے/ اڑتے ہوں گے
۟ؕ

Tafheem-ul-Quran

سر اُٹھائے بھاگے چلے جارہے ہیں، نظریں اُوپر جمی ہیں¹ اور دل اُڑے جاتے ہیں

یعنی قیامت کا جو ہولناک نظارہ اُن کے سامنے ہو گا اُس کو اِس طرح ٹکٹکی لگائے دیکھ رہے ہوں گے گویا کہ ان کے دیدے پتھرا گئے ہیں، نہ پلک جھپکے گی، نہ نظر ہٹے گی۔
