- قُلْکہہ دیجئے
- لِّعِبَادِیَمیرے بندوں سے
- الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں سے
- اٰمَنُوْاجو ایمان لائے
- یُقِیْمُواوہ قائم کریں
- الصَّلٰوةَنماز
- وَیُنْفِقُوْااور خرچ کریں
- مِمَّااس میں سے
- رَزَقْنٰهُمْجو رزق دیا ہم نے ان کو
- سِرًّاچھپ کر
- وَّعَلَانِیَةًاور ظاہری طور پر
- مِّنْاس سے
- قَبْلِپہلے
- اَنْکہ
- یَّاْتِیَآجائے
- یَوْمٌوہ دن
- لَّانہیں
- بَیْعٌکوئی تجارت
- فِیْهِاس میں
- وَلَاا ور نہ

Tafheem-ul-Quran
اے نبی ؐ ، میرے جو بندے ایمان لائے ہیں اُن سے کہہ دو کہ نماز قائم کریں اور جو کچھ ہم نے انہیں دیا ہے اُس میں سے کھُلے اور چھُپے(راہِ خیرمیں)خرچ کریں1 قبل اِس کے کہ وہ دن آئے جس میں نہ خرید و فروخت ہو گی اور نہ دوست نوازی ہو سکے گی۔2

مطلب یہ ہے کہ اہلِ ایمان کی روش کفار کی روش سے مختلف ہونی چاہیے۔ وہ تو کافر ِ نعمت ہیں۔ انہیں شکر گزار ہونا چاہیے اور اس شکر گزاری کی عملی صورت یہ ہے کہ نماز قائم کریں اور خدا کی راہ میں اپنے مال خرچ کریں۔

یعنی نہ تو وہاں کچھ دے دلا کر ہی نجات خریدی جا سکے گی اور نہ کسی کی دوستی کام آئے گی کہ وہ تمہیں خدا کی پکڑ سے بچالے۔
