- وَاُدْخِلَاور داخل کئے جائیں گے
- الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
- اٰمَنُوْاجو ایمان لائے
- وَعَمِلُوااور انہوں نے عمل کئے
- الصّٰلِحٰتِاچھے
- جَنّٰتٍباغوں میں
- تَجْرِیْبہتی ہیں
- مِنْسے
- تَحْتِهَاان کے نیچے
- الْاَنْهٰرُنہریں
- خٰلِدِیْنَہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں
- فِیْهَاان میں
- بِاِذْنِاذن سے
- رَبِّهِمْ ؕاپنے رب کے
- تَحِیَّتُهُمْدعائے خیر ان کی
- فِیْهَااس میں
- سَلٰمٌسلام سے ہوگی

Tafheem-ul-Quran
بخلاف اس کے جو لوگ دُنیا میں ایمان لائے ہیں اور جنہوں نے نیک عمل کیے ہیں وہ ایسے باغوں میں داخل کیے جائیں گے جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گی۔ وہاں وہ اپنے ربّ کے اِذن سے ہمیشہ رہیں گے، اور وہاں اُن کا استقبال سلامتی کی مبارکباد سے ہوگا۔1

تَحیّہ کے لغوی معنی ہیں دعائے درازی ٔ عمر ۔ مگر اصطلاحًا عربی زبان میں یہ لفظ اس کلمہ ٔ خیر مقدم یا کلمۂ استقبال کے لیے بولا جاتا ہے جو لوگ آمنا سامنا ہونے پر سب سے پہلے ایک دوسرے سے کہتے ہیں۔ اردو میں اس کا ہم معنی لفظ یا تو ”سلام“ ہے، یاپھر علیک سلیک ۔ لیکن پہلا لفظ استعمال کرنے سے ترجمہ ٹھیک نہیں ہوتا اور دوسرا لفظ مبتذل ہے، اس لیے ہم نے اس کا ترجمہ ”استقبال “ کیا ہے۔ تَحِیَّتُھُمْ کے معنی یہ بھی ہو سکتے ہیں کہ ان کے درمیان آپس میں ایک دوسرے کے استقبال کا طریقہ یہ ہوگا ، اور یہ معنی بھی ہو سکتے ہیں کہ ان کا اس طرح استقبال ہو گا ۔ نیز سلامٌ میں دعائے سلامتی کا مفہوم بھی ہے اور سلامتی کی مبارکباد کا بھی۔ ہم نے موقع کی مناسبت کا لحاظ کرتے ہوئے وہ مفہوم اختیار کیا ہے جو ترجمہ میں درج ہے۔
