اِنْ يَّشَاْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَاْتِ بِخَلْقٍ جَدِيْدٍ اس کی قدرت قوت تخلیق اور تخلیقی مہارت ختم تو نہیں ہوگئی وہ اپنی مخلوق میں سے جس کو چاہے ختم کر دے اور جب چاہے کوئی نئی مخلوق پیدا کر دے۔
