Commentary
آیت 20 الَّذِيْنَ يُوْفُوْنَ بِعَهْدِ اللّٰهِ وَلَا يَنْقُضُوْنَ الْمِيْثَاقَ قبل ازیں سورة البقرۃ کی آیت 177 میں بھی ہم ان سے ملتے جلتے یہ الفاظ پڑ ھ آئے ہیں : وَالْمُوْفُوْنَ بِعَہْدِہِمْ اِذَا عٰہَدُوْا۔ اللہ کے ساتھ کیے گئے معاہدوں میں سے ایک تو وہ عہد الست ہے بحوالہ الاعراف : 172 جو ہم نے عالم ارواح میں اللہ کے ساتھ کیا ہے پھر ہر بندۂ مؤمن کا میثاق شریعت ہے کہ میں اللہ کے تمام احکامات کی تعمیل کروں گا۔ پھر اللہ کا مؤمن کے ساتھ کیا گیا وہ سودا بھی ایک عہد ہے جس کا ذکر سورة التوبہ۔ آیت 111 میں ہے اور جس کے مطابق اللہ نے مؤمنین کے جان و مال جنت کے بدلے خرید لیے ہیں۔ آیت زیر نظر میں یہ ان خوش قسمت لوگوں کا ذکر ہے جو اللہ کے ساتھ کیے گئے تمام عہد درجہ بدرجہ پورے کرتے ہیں۔
