  1. اَنْزَلَاس نے اتارا ہے
  2. مِنَسے
  3. السَّمَآءِآسمان
  4. مَآءًپانی
  5. فَسَالَتْتو بہہ پڑیں
  6. اَوْدِیَةٌوادیاں
  7. بِقَدَرِهَاساتھ اپنے اندازے کے
  8. فَاحْتَمَلَتو اٹھا لیا
  9. السَّیْلُسیلاب نے
  10. زَبَدًاجھاگ
  11. رَّابِیًا ؕچڑھا ہوا
  12. وَمِمَّااور اس میں سے جو
  13. یُوْقِدُوْنَوہ جلاتے ہیں
  14. عَلَیْهِاوپر اس کے
  15. فِیمیں
  16. النَّارِآگ
  17. ابْتِغَآءَتلاش کرنے کو/ بنانے کو
  18. حِلْیَةٍزیور
  19. اَوْیا
  20. مَتَاعٍبرتن
  21. زَبَدٌجھاگ ہوتی ہے
  22. مِّثْلُهٗ ؕاس جیسی
  23. كَذٰلِكَاسی طرح
  24. یَضْرِبُبیان کرتا ہے
  25. اللّٰهُاللہ
  26. الْحَقَّحق
  27. وَالْبَاطِلَ ؕ۬اور باطل
  28. فَاَمَّاتو جہاں تک
  29. الزَّبَدُجھاگ ہے
  30. فَیَذْهَبُتو چلی جاتی ہے
  31. جُفَآءً ۚخشک ہو کر/ ناکارہ ہوکر
  32. وَاَمَّااور لیکن
  33. مَاجو
  34. یَنْفَعُنفع دیتا ہے
  35. النَّاسَلوگوں کو
  36. فَیَمْكُثُتو وہ ٹھہر جاتا ہے
  37. فِیمیں
  38. الْاَرْضِ ؕزمین
  39. كَذٰلِكَاسی طرح
  40. یَضْرِبُبیان کرتا ہے
  41. اللّٰهُاللہ
  42. الْاَمْثَالَمثالیں

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اللہ نے آسمان سے پانی برسایا اور ہر ندی نالہ اپنے ظرف کے مطابق اسے لے کر چل نکلا پھر جب سیلاب اُٹھا تو سطح پر جھاگ بھی آگئے۔1 اور ایسے ہی جھاگ اُن دھاتوں پر بھی اُٹھتے ہیں جنہیں زیور اور برتن وغیرہ بنانے کے لیے لوگ پگھلایا کرتے ہیں۔2 اِسی مثال سے اللہ حق اور باطل کے معاملے کو واضح کرتا ہے۔ جو جھاگ ہے وہ اُڑ جایا کرتا ہے اور جو چیز انسانوں کے لیے نافع ہے وہ زمین میں ٹھہر جاتی ہے۔ اس طرح اللہ مثالوں سے اپنی بات سمجھاتا ہے

  1.  اس تمثیل  میں اُ س علم کو جو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم  پر وحی کے ذریعے سے نازل  کیاگیا تھا، آسمانی بارش سے تشبیہ دی گئی ہے۔ اور ایمان لانے والے سلیم الفطرت لوگوں کو ان ندی نالوں کے مانند ٹھیرایا گیا ہے جو اپنے اپنے ظرف کے مطابق بارانِ رحمت سے بھر پور ہو کر رواں دواں ہو جاتے ہیں۔ ۔ اور اُس ہنگامہ و شورش  کو جو تحریکِ اسلامی کی خلاف منکرین و مخالفین نے برپا کر رکھی تھی اُس جھاگ اور اُس خس و خاشاک سے تشبیہ دی گئی ہے جو ہمیشہ سیلاب کے اُٹھتے  ہی سطح پر اپنی اچھل کود دکھانی شروع کر دیتا ہے۔

  2. یعنی بھٹی جس کام کے لیے گرم کی جاتی ہے  وہ تو ہے خالص دھات کو تپا کر  کارآمد بنانا۔ مگر یہ کام جب بھی کیا جاتا ہے میل کچیل ضرور ابھر آتا ہے اور اس شان سے چرخ کھاتا ہے کہ کچھ دیر تک سطح پر بس وہی  وہ نظر آتا رہتا ہے۔
