Bayan-ul-Quran
اسی کا پکارنا حق ہے اور جن کو یہ لوگ پکار رہے ہیں اس کے سوا وہ ان کی دعا کو کسی طرح بھی قبول نہیں کرتے مگر جیسے کوئی پھیلا دے اپنے دونوں ہاتھ پانی کی طرف کہ وہ اس کے منہ تک پہنچ جائے حالانکہ وہ اس (کے منہ) تک پہنچنے والا نہیں ہے اور کافروں کی دعا تو بالکل بےکار ہے

Commentary
آیت 14 لَهٗ دَعْوَةُ الْحَقِّ یعنی اللہ ہی ایک ہستی ہے جس کو پکارنا جس سے دعا کرنا برحق ہے کیونکہ ایک وہی ہے جو تمہاری پکار کو سنتا ہے تمہاری حاجت کو جانتا ہے تمہاری حاجت روائی کرنے پر قادر ہے اس لیے اس کو پکارنا حق بھی ہے اور سود مند بھی۔ اسے چھوڑ کر کسی اور کو پکارو گے چاہے وہ کوئی فرشتہ ہو ولی ہو یا نبی کوئی تمہاری پکار اور فریاد کو نہیں سنے گا اور جیسا کہ اگلی آیت میں فرمایا گیا ہے تمہاری ہر ایسی پکار اکارت جائے گی۔ اس فقرے کا دوسرا مفہوم یہ بھی ہے کہ ”اسی کی دعوت حق ہے“۔ یعنی جس چیز کی دعوت وہ دے رہا ہے جس راستے کی طرف وہ بلا رہا ہے وہی حق ہے۔ وَالَّذِيْنَ يَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِهٖ لَا يَسْتَجِيْبُوْنَ لَهُمْ بِشَيْءٍ وہ ان کی کوئی بھی داد رسی نہیں کرسکتے۔اِلَّا كَبَاسِطِ كَفَّيْهِ اِلَى الْمَاۗءِ لِيَبْلُغَ فَاهُ وَمَا هُوَ بِبَالِغِهٖ جیسے اپنے ہاتھ پھیلا کر پانی کو اپنے منہ کی طرف بلانا ایک کار عبث ہے ‘ اسی طرح کسی غیر اللہ کو پکارنا اس کے سامنے گڑ گڑانا اور اس سے داد رسی کی امید رکھنا بھی کار عبث ہے۔وَمَا دُعَاۗءُ الْكٰفِرِيْنَ اِلَّا فِيْ ضَلٰلٍ یہ لوگ جو اللہ کے علاوہ کسی کو پکارتے ہیں ان کی یہ پکار لاحاصل ہے ایک تیر بےہدف اور صدا بہ صحرا ہے۔
