Commentary
آیت 55 قَالَ اجْعَلْنِيْ عَلٰي خَزَاۗىِٕنِ الْاَرْضِ ۚ اِنِّىْ حَفِيْظٌ عَلِيْمٌحضرت یوسف جان چکے تھے کہ اس ملک پر بہت بڑی آفت آنے والی ہے اور اگر اس ممکنہ صورت حال کا مقابلہ کرنے کے لیے بر وقت درست اور مؤثر اقدام نہ کیے گئے تو نہ صرف خود مصر ایک خوفناک قحط کی زد میں آجائے گا بلکہ آس پاس کے علاقوں کے لیے بھی بہت بھیانک حالات پیدا ہوجائیں گے۔ اس پورے خطے میں مصر ہی ایک ایسا ملک تھا جہاں غلہ اور دوسری اشیائے خوراک پیدا ہوتی تھیں۔ اس کے ہمسایہ میں چاروں طرف خشک صحرائی علاقے تھے اور اناج وغیرہ کے سلسلے میں ان علاقوں کا انحصار بھی مصر کی زراعت پر تھا۔ یہی وجہ تھی کہ آپ نے موقع دیکھا تو فوراً اپنی خدمات پیش کردیں کہ اگر خزانے اور خوراک و زراعت کا پورا انتظام و انصرام میرے پاس ہوگا تو میں اس آفت کا سامنا کرنے کے لیے جامع اور ٹھوس منصوبہ بندی کرسکوں گا۔
