- وَاِلٰیاور طرف
- مَدْیَنَمدین کی
- اَخَاهُمْان کے بھائی
- شُعَیْبًا ؕشعیب کو (بھیجا)
- قَالَاس نے کہا
- یٰقَوْمِاے میری قوم
- اعْبُدُواعبادت کرو
- اللّٰهَاللہ کی
- مَانہیں
- لَكُمْتمہارے لیے
- مِّنْکوئی
- اِلٰهٍالہ (برحق)
- غَیْرُهٗ ؕاس کے سوا
- وَلَااور نہ
- تَنْقُصُواتم کم کرکے دو
- الْمِكْیَالَناپ کو
- وَالْمِیْزَانَاور تول کو
- اِنِّیْۤبیشک میں
- اَرٰىكُمْدیکھتا ہوں تم کو
- بِخَیْرٍاچھا میں۔ ساتھ بھلائی کے
- وَّاِنِّیْۤاور بیشک میں
- اَخَافُمیں ڈرتا ہوں

- عَذَابَعذاب سے

اور مدین کی طرف (ہم نے بھیجا) ان کے بھائی شعیب کو آپ نے کہا : اے میری قوم کے لوگو ! اللہ کی بندگی کرو تمہارا کوئی معبود نہیں اس کے سوا اور نہ کم کرو ماپ اور تول کو میں تمہیں آسودہ حال دیکھتا ہوں لیکن (اگر تم لوگ ان غلط کاریوں سے باز نہ آئے تو) مجھے اندیشہ ہے تم پر ایک ایسے دن کے عذاب کا جو تمہیں گھیر لے گا

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 11:84, 11:85)
آیت 84 وَاِلٰي مَدْيَنَ اَخَاهُمْ شُعَيْبًا اس قوم کے بارے میں ہم سورة الاعراف کے مطالعہ کے دوران پڑھ چکے ہیں کہ یہ لوگ بنی قطورہ میں سے تھے اور خلیج عقبہ کے دا ہنی مشرقی طرف کے علاقہ میں آباد تھے۔ اس علاقہ میں یہ لوگ ایک بڑی مضبوط قوم بن کر ابھرے تھے۔ یہ علاقہ اس وقت کی دو بہت اہم بین الاقوامی شاہراہوں کے مقام انقطاع intersection پر واقع تھا۔ ایک شاہراہ شمالاً جنوباً تھی جو شام سے یمن جاتی تھی اور دوسری شرقاً غرباً تھی جو عراق سے مصر کو جاتی تھی۔ چناچہ تمام تجارتی قافلے یہیں سے گزرتے تھے جس کی وجہ سے یہ علاقہ اس زمانے کا بہت بڑا تجارتی مرکز بن گیا تھا۔ نتیجتاً یہاں کے لوگ بہت خوشحال ہوگئے تھے ‘ مگر ساتھ ہی ناپ تول میں کمی اور راہزنی جیسے قبیح جرائم میں بھی ملوث تھے۔
