  10. وَیَعْلَمُاور وہ جانتا ہے
  11. مُسْتَقَرَّهَاٹھکانہ اس کا
  12. وَمُسْتَوْدَعَهَا ؕاور سپرد کرنے کی جگہ اس کی
  13. كُلٌّسب کا سب
  14. فِیْمیں
  15. كِتٰبٍایک کتاب میں ہے
  16. مُّبِیْنٍکھلی

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

زمین میں چلنے والا کوئی جاندار ایسا نہیں ہے جس کا رزق اللہ کے ذمّے نہ ہواور جس کے متعلق وہ نہ جانتا ہو کہ کہاں وہ رہتا ہےاور کہاں وہ سونپا جاتا ہے،1 سب کچھ ایک صاف دفتر میں درج ہے

  1. یعنی جس خدا کے علم کا حال یہ ہے کہ ایک ایک چڑیا کا گھونسلہ  اور ایک ایک کیڑے کا بِل اس کو معلوم ہے اور وہ اسی کی جگہ پر اس کو سامانِ زیست پہنچا رہا ہے، اور جس کو ہر آن اس کی خبر ہے کہ کونسا جاندار کہاں رہتا ہے اور کہاں اپنی جان جانِ آفریں کے سپر د کر دیتا ہے ، اس کے متعلق اگر تم یہ گمان کرتے ہو کہ اس طرح منہ چھپا چھپا کر یا کانوں میں انگلیاں ٹھونس کر یا آنکھوں پر پردہ ڈال کر تم اس کی پکڑ سے بچ جاؤ گے تو سخت نادان ہو۔ داعی حق سے تم نے منہ چھپا بھی لیا تو آخر اس کا حاصل کیا ہے؟  کیا خدا سے بھی تم چھپ گئے؟ کیا خدا یہ نہیں دیکھ رہا ہے کہ ایک شخص تمہیں امرِ حق  سے آگاہ کرنے میں لگا ہوا ہے اور تم یہ کوشش کر رہے ہو کہ کسی طرح اس کی کوئی بات تمہارے کان میں نہ پڑنے پائے؟

اور نہیں ہے کوئی بھی چلنے پھرنے والا (جاندار) زمین پر مگر اس کا رزق اللہ کے ذمہ ہے اور وہ جانتا ہے اس کے مستقل ٹھکانے کو بھی اور اس کے عارضی طور پر سونپے جانے کی جگہ کو بھی یہ سب کچھ ایک روشن کتاب میں (در ج) ہے

Commentary

آیت 6 وَمَا مِنْ دَآبَّۃٍ فِی الْاَرْضِ الاَّ عَلَی اللّٰہِ رِزْقُہَا اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کائنات کے اندر تقسیم رزق کا جو نظام وضع کیا ہے اس میں اس نے ہر جاندار کے لیے اس کی ضروریات زندگی فراہم کردی ہیں۔ بچے کی پیدائش بعد میں ہوتی ہے مگر اس کے لیے ماں کی چھاتیوں میں دودھ پہلے پیدا ہوجاتا ہے۔ لیکن جہاں کوئی انسان یا انسانوں کا کوئی گروہ اللہ کے اس نظام اور اس کے قوانین کو پس پشت ڈال کر کوئی ایسا نظام یا ایسے قوانین وضع کرے جن کے تحت ایک فرد کے حصے کا رزق کسی دوسرے کی جھولی میں چلا جائے ‘ تو رزق یا دولت کی تقسیم کا خدائی نظام درہم برہم ہوجائے گا۔ اس لوٹ کھسوٹ کا لازمی نتیجہ یہ ہوگا کہ کہیں دولت کے بےجا انبار لگیں گے اور کہیں بیشمار انسان فاقوں پر مجبور ہوجائیں گے۔ لہٰذا جہاں کہیں بھی رزق کی تقسیم میں کوئی کمی بیشی نظر آئے تو سمجھ لو کہ اس کا ذمہ دار خودانسان ہے۔ وَیَعْلَمُ مُسْتَقَرَّہَا وَمُسْتَوْدَعَہَامُستَقَر اور مستودَع دونوں الفاظ کی تشریح سورة الانعام کی آیت 98 میں تفصیل کے ساتھ ہوچکی ہے۔ وہاں ان الفاظ کے بارے میں تین مختلف اقوال بھی زیر بحث آ چکے ہیں۔کُلٌّ فِیْ کِتٰبٍ مُّبِیْنٍ وہی روشن اور واضح کتاب جو علم الٰہی کی کتاب ہے۔
