  1. الٓرٰ ۫الر
  2. كِتٰبٌکتاب ہے
  3. اُحْكِمَتْپختہ کی گئیں
  4. اٰیٰتُهٗآیات اس کی
  5. ثُمَّپھر
  6. فُصِّلَتْکھول کھول کر بیان کی گئیں
  7. مِنْطرف سے
  8. لَّدُنْاس ہستی کی
  9. حَكِیْمٍحکمت والی
  10. خَبِیْرٍباخبر باخبر

Tafheem-ul-Quran

ا ل ر۔ فرمان ہے1 ، جس کی آیتیں پُختہ اور مفصّل ارشا د ہوئی ہیں2، ایک دانا اور با خبر ہستی کی طرف سے

  1. ”کتاب“ کا ترجمہ یہاں اندازِ بیان کی مناسبت سے ”فرمان“ کیا گیا ہے۔ عربی زبان میں یہ لفظ کتاب اور نوشتے  ہی کے معنی میں نہیں آتا بلکہ حکم اور فرمان شاہی کے معنی میں بھی آتا ہے اور خود قرآن میں متعدد مواقع پر یہ لفظ اسی معنی میں مُستعمل ہوا ہے۔

  2. یعنی اس فرمان میں جو باتیں بیان کی گئی ہیں وہ پکی اور اَٹل ہیں ۔ خوب جچی تُلی ہیں۔ نِری لفاظی نہیں ہے ۔ خطابت کی ساحری اور تخیل کی شاعری نہیں ہے۔ ٹھیک ٹھیک حقیقت بیان کی گئی ہے اور اس کا ایک لفظ بھی ایسا نہیں جو حقیقت سے کم یا زیادہ ہو۔ پھر یہ آیتیں مفصل بھی ہیں، ان میں ایک ایک بات کھول کھول کر واضح طریقے سے ارشاد ہوئی ہے۔ بیان الجھا ہوا، گنجلک اور مبہم نہیں ہے۔ ہر بات کو الگ الگ ، صاف صاف سمجھا کر بتایا گیا ہے۔
