اصل میں لفظ قارِعہ استعمال ہو ا ہے جس کا لفظی ترجمہ ہے ”ٹھونکنے والی“۔ قَرع کے معنی کسی چیز کو کسی چیز پر زور سے مانے کے ہیں جس سے سخت آواز نکلے۔ اس لغوی معنی کی مناسبت سے قارعہ کا لفظ ہولناک حادثے اور بڑی بھاری آفت کے لیے بولا جاتا ہے۔ مثلاً عرب کہتے ہیں فَزَعَتْہُم القَارعَۃ یعنی فلاں قبیلے یا قوم کے لوگوں پر سخت آفت آگئی ہے۔ قرآن مجید میں بھی ایک جگہ یہ لفظ کسی قوم پر بڑی مصیبت نازل ہونے کے لیے استعمال ہوا ہے۔ سُورۂ رعد میں ہے وَلَا یَزَالُ الَّذِیْنَ کَفَرُوْا تُصِیْبُھُمْ بِمَا صَنَعُوْا قَارِعَۃٌ۔ ”جن لوگوں نے کفر کیا ہے ان پر ان کے کرتوتوں کی وجہ سے کوئی نہ کوئی آفت نازل ہوتی رہتی ہے۔“(آیت 31) لیکن یہاں القارعہ کا لفظ قیامت کے لیے استعمال کیا گیا ہے ، اور سورۂ الحاقّہ میں بھی قیامت کو اسی نام سے موسوم کیا گیا ہے۔ (آیت 4)۔ اس مقام پر یہ بات نگاہ میں رہنی چاہیے کہ یہاں قیامت کے پہلے مرحلے سے لے کر عذاب و ثواب کے آخرت مرحلے تک پورے عالمِ آخرت کا ایک جا ذکر ہو رہا ہے۔

آیت 1 1{ اِنَّ رَبَّہُمْ بِہِمْ یَوْمَئِذٍ لَّخَبِیْرٌ۔ } ”یقینا ان کا رب اس دن ان سے پوری طرح باخبر ہوگا۔“ اللہ تعالیٰ کو ان کے تمام اعمال و افعال کا علم ہے اور اس دن وہ ان سے ایک ایک چیز کا حساب لے لے گا۔ اَللّٰھُمَّ حَاسِبْنَا حِسَابًا یَّسِیْرًا۔ آمین ! انذارِ آخرت کے مضمون کی حامل ان سورتوں میں سے ہر سورت کی تلاوت کے بعد یہ دعا ضرور کرنی چاہیے کہ اے اللہ ! تو ہم سے آسان حساب لینا اور اپنی خصوصی رحمت سے ہمارے گناہوں کو معاف کردینا۔
