Translation and commentary

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور (اے نبی !) نہیں ہوتے آپ کسی بھی کیفیت میں اور نہیں پڑھ رہے ہوتے آپ قرآن میں سے کچھ اور (اے مسلمانو !) تم نہیں کر رہے ہوتے کوئی بھی (اچھا) عمل مگر یہ کہ ہم تمہارے پاس موجود ہوتے ہیں جب تم اس میں مصروف ہوتے ہو اور نہیں غائب ہوتی آپ ﷺ کے رب سے زمین میں ایک ذرّہ کے برابر بھی کوئی شے اور نہ آسمانوں میں اور نہ ہی اس سے کم تر کوئی شے اور نہ بڑی مگر یہ کہ وہ ایک روشن کتاب میں درج ہے

Commentary

اِلاَّ کُنَّا عَلَیْکُمْ شُہُوْدًا اِذْ تُفِیْضُوْنَ فِیْہِ ط اس انداز تخاطب میں ایک خاص کیف ہے۔ پہلے واحد کے صیغے میں حضور اکرم سے خطاب ہے اور آپ کو خوشخبری سنائی جا رہی ہے کہ آپ جس کیفیت میں بھی ہوں ‘ قرآن پڑھ رہے ہوں یا پڑھ کر سنا رہے ہوں ‘ ہم بذات خود آپ کو دیکھ رہے ہوتے ہیں آپ کی آواز سن رہے ہوتے ہیں۔ پھر اسی خوشخبری کو جمع کے صیغے میں تمام مسلمانوں کے لیے عام کردیا گیا ہے کہ تم لوگ جو بھی بھلائی کماتے ہو ‘ قربانیاں دیتے ہو ایثار کرتے ہو ‘ ہم خود اسے دیکھ رہے ہوتے ہیں۔ ہم تمہارے ایک ایک عمل کے گواہ اور قدردان ہیں۔ ہمارے ہاں اپنے بندوں کے بارے میں تغافل یا ناقدری نہیں ہے۔وَمَا یَعْزُبُ عَنْ رَّبِّکَ مِنْ مِّثْقَالِ ذَرَّۃٍ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَلاَ فِی السَّمَآءِ وََلَآ اَصْغَرَ مِنْ ذٰلِکَ وَلَآ اَکْبَرَ الاَّ فِیْ کِتٰبٍ مُّبِیْنٍ کوئی ذرہ برابر چیز یا اس سے چھوٹی یا بڑی آسمانوں اور زمین میں ایسی نہیں ہے جو کبھی رب ذوالجلال کی نظر سے پوشیدہ ہوگئی ہو اور وہ ایک روشن کتاب میں درج نہ ہو۔ یہ روشن کتاب اللہ تعالیٰ کا علم قدیم ہے۔
