  10. وَرَبُّكَاور رب تیرا
  11. اَعْلَمُخوب جانتا ہے
  12. بِالْمُفْسِدِیْنَفساد کرنے والوں کو

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اِن میں سے کچھ لوگ ایمان لائیں گے اور کچھ نہیں لائیں گے اور تیرا ربّ اُن مفسدوں کو خوب جانتا ہے۔1

  1. ایمان نہ لانے والوں کے متعلق فرمایا جا رہا ہے کہ ”خدا ان مفسدوں کو خوب جانتا ہے“۔ یعنی وہ دنیا کا منہ تو یہ باتیں بنا کر بند کر سکتے ہیں کہ صاحب ہماری سمجھ میں بات نہیں آتی اس لیے نیک نیتی کے ساتھ ہم اسے نہیں مانتے،  لیکن خدا جو قلب و ضمیر کے چھپے ہوئے رازوں  سے واقف ہے وہ ان میں سے ایک ایک شخص کے متعلق جانتا ہے کہ کس کس طرح اس نے اپنے دل و دماغ پر قفل چڑھائے، اپنے آپ کو غفلتوں میں گم کیا، اپنے ضمیر کی آواز کو دبایا ، اپنے قلب میں حق کی شہادت کو اُبھرنے سے روکا، اپنے ذہن سے قبولِ حق کی صلاحیت کو مٹایا، سن کر نہ سنا، سمجھتے ہوئے نہ سمجھنے کی کوشش کی اور حق کے مقابلہ میں اپنے تعصبات کو ، اپنے دنیوی مفاد کو ، اپنی باطن سے اُلجھی ہوئی اغراض کو اور اپنے نفس کی خواہشوں اور رغبتوں کو ترجیح دی۔ اسی بنا پر وہ ”معصوم گمراہ“ نہیں ہیں بلکہ درحقیت مفسد ہیں۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

ان میں وہ بھی ہیں جو اس پر ایمان لے آئیں گے اور وہ بھی ہیں جو ایمان نہیں لائیں گے اور آپ ﷺ کا رب ان مفسدوں سے خوب واقف ہے۔

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 10:39, 10:40)

آیت 39 بَلْ کَذَّبُوْا بِمَا لَمْ یُحِیْطُوْا بِعِلْمِہٖ وَلَمَّا یَاْتِہِمْ تَاْوِیْلُہٗ یعنی یہ لوگ قرآن کے علوم کا ادراک اور اس کے پیغام کا شعور حاصل نہیں کرسکے۔ اس کے علاوہ عذاب کے بارے میں ان کو دی گئی دھمکیوں کا مصداق خارجی بھی ابھی ان پر ظاہر نہیں ہوا ‘ اس لیے وہ اس سب کچھ کو محض ڈراوا اور جھوٹ سمجھ رہے ہیں۔ قرآن میں ان لوگوں کو بار بار دھمکیاں دی گئی تھیں کہ اللہ کا انکار کرو گے تو اس کی پکڑ میں آجاؤ گے ‘ اس کی طرف سے بہت سخت عذاب تم پر آئے گا۔ یہ عذاب موعود چونکہ ابھی ظاہری طور پر ان پر نہیں آیا ‘ اسی لیے وہ قرآن کو بھی جھٹلا رہے ہیں۔
