یقیناً تمہارا رب وہ اللہ ہے جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کی تخلیق فرمائی چھ دنوں میں پھر وہ عرش پر متمکن ہوگیا (اور) وہ تدبیر کرتا ہے ہر معاملہ کی نہیں ہے کوئی بھی شفاعت کرنے والا مگر اس کی اجازت کے بعد وہ ہے اللہ تمہارا رب پس تم اسی کی بندگی کرو۔ تو کیا تم نصیحت اخذ نہیں کرتے

Commentary
آیت 3 اِنَّ رَبَّکُمُ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ فِیْ سِتَّۃِ اَیَّامٍ ”یقیناً تمہارا رب وہ اللہ ہے جس نے آسمانوں اور زمین کی تخلیق فرمائی چھ دنوں میں“ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰی عَلَی الْعَرْشِ یُدَبِّرُ الْاَمْرَ ط ”پھر وہ عرش پر متمکن ہوگیا ‘ اور وہ تدبیر کرتا ہے ہر معاملہ کی۔“اللہ تعالیٰ اپنی مشیت اور منصوبہ بندی کے مطابق پوری کائنات کا انتظام سنبھالے ہوئے ہے۔ قبل ازیں بھی ذکر ہوچکا ہے کہ شاہ ولی اللہ دہلوی رح نے اپنی شہرۂ آفاق تصنیف ”حجۃ اللہ البالغہ“ کے باب اول میں اللہ تعالیٰ کے تین افعال کے بارے میں بڑی تفصیل سے بحث کی ہے : 1 ابداع creation ex nehilo یعنی کسی چیز کو عدم محض سے وجود بخشنا ‘ 2 خلق ‘ یعنی کسی چیز سے کوئی دوسری چیز بنانا ‘ اور 3 تدبیر ‘ یعنی اپنی مشیت اور حکمت کے مطابق کائناتی نظام کی منصوبہ بندی planning فرمانا۔ مَا مِنْ شَفِیْعٍ الاَّ مِنْم بَعْدِ اِذْنِہٖ ط ”نہیں ہے کوئی بھی شفاعت کرنے والا مگر اس کی اجازت کے بعد۔“کوئی اس کا اذن حاصل کیے بغیر اس کے پاس کسی کی سفارش نہیں کرسکتا۔ اس سے پہلے آیت الکرسی سورۃ البقرۃ میں بھی شفاعت کے بارے میں اسی نوعیت کا استثناء آچکا ہے۔ ذٰلِکُمُ اللّٰہُ رَبُّکُمْ فَاعْبُدُوْہُط اَفَلاَ تَذَکَّرُوْنَ ”وہ ہے اللہ تمہارا رب ‘ پس تم اسی کی بندگی کرو۔ تو کیا تم نصیحت اخذ نہیں کرتے !“
