Tafheem-ul-Quran
اور یہ قرآن وہ چیز نہیں ہے جو اللہ وحی و تعلیم کے بغیر تصنیف کر لیا جائے۔ بلکہ یہ تو جو کچھ پہلے آچکا تھا اس کی تصدیق اور الکتاب کی تفصیل ہے۔1 اِس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ یہ فرمانروائے کائنات کی طرف سے ہے

جو کچھ پہلے آچکا تحا اس کی تصدیق ہے“، یعنی ابتدا سے جو اصولی تعلیمات انبیاء علیہم السلام کی معرفت انسان کو بھیجی جاتی رہی ہیں یہ قرآن اُن سے ہٹ کر کوئی نئی چیز نہیں پیش کر رہا ہے بلکہ انہی کی تصدیق و توثیق کر رہا ہے۔ اگر یہ کسی نئے مذہب کے بانی کی ذہنی اُپج کا نتیجہ ہوتا تو اس میں ضرور یہ کوشش پائی جاتی کہ پرانی صداقتوں کے ساتھ کچھ اپنا نرالا رنگ بھی ملا کر اپنی شان امتیاز نمایاں کی جائے۔ ”الکتاب کی تفصیل ہے“، یعنی اُن اصولی تعلیمات کو جو تمام کتب آسمانی کا لُبِّ لُباب (الکتاب) ہیں، اس میں پھیلا کر دلائل و شواہد کے ساتھ ، تلقین و تفہیم کے ساتھ، تشریح و توضیح کے ساتھ، اور عملی حالات پر انطباق کے ساتھ بیان کیا گیا ہے۔
