  1. وَیَوْمَاور جس دن
  2. نَحْشُرُهُمْہم اکٹھا کریں گے ان کو
  3. جَمِیْعًاسب کے سب کو
  4. ثُمَّپھر
  5. نَقُوْلُہم کہیں گے
  6. لِلَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کے لیے
  7. اَشْرَكُوْاجنہوں نے شرک کیا
  8. مَكَانَكُمْاپنی جگہ (ٹھہرو)
  9. اَنْتُمْتم
  10. وَشُرَكَآؤُكُمْ ۚاور تمہارے شریک
  11. فَزَیَّلْنَاتو تفریق ڈال دیں گے ہم
  12. بَیْنَهُمْان کے درمیان
  13. وَقَالَاور کہیں گے
  14. شُرَكَآؤُهُمْان کے شریک
  15. مَّانہ
  16. كُنْتُمْتھے تم
  17. اِیَّانَاصرف ہماری
  18. تَعْبُدُوْنَتم عبادت کرتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

جس روز ہم ان سب کو ایک ساتھ (اپنی عدالت میں) اکٹھا کریں گے، پھر ان لوگوں سے جنہوں نے شرک کیا ہے کہیں گے کہ ٹھہر جاوٴ تم بھی اور تمہارے بنائے ہوئے شریک بھی ، پھر ہم ان کے درمیان سے اجنبیت کا پردہ ہٹا دیں گے1 اور ان کے شریک کہیں گے کہ ”تم ہماری عبادت تو نہیں کرتے تھے

  1. متن میں فَزَیَّلْنَا بَیْنَھُمْ کے الفاظ ہیں۔ اس کا مفہوم بعض مفسرین نے یہ لیا ہے کہ ہم ان کا باہمی ربط و تعلق توڑ  دیں گے تا کہ کسی تعلق کی بنا پر وہ ایک دوسرے کا لحاظ نہ کریں۔ لیکن یہ معنی عربی محاورے کے مطابق نہیں ہیں۔ محاورۂ عرب کی رو سے  اس کا صحیح مطلب یہ ہے کہ ہم ان کے درمیان تمیز پیدا کردیں گے ، یا ان کو ایک دوسرے سے ممیز کر دیں گے۔ اسی معنی کو ادا کرنے کے لیے ہم نے یہ طرزِ بیان اختیار کیا ہے کہ”ان کے درمیان سے اجنبیت کا پردہ ہٹا دیں گے“ یعن مشرکین اور ان کے معبود آمنے سامنے کھڑے ہوں گے اور دونوں گروہوں کی امتیازی حیثیت ایک دوسرے پر واضح ہو گی، مشرکین جان لیں گے کہ یہ ہیں وہ جن کو ہم دنیا میں معبود بنائے ہوئے تھے، اور ان کے معبود جان لیں گے کہ یہ ہیں وہ جنہوں نے ہمیں اپنا معبود بنا رکھا تھا۔
