حَدَّثَنَاهُ ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ " أَوْ جَلَدُّهُ " . قَالَ أَبُو الزِّنَادِ وَهِيَ لُغَةُ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَإِنَّمَا هِيَ " جَلَدْتُهُ " .
ابوزناد نے ہمیں اسی سند کے ساتھ یہ روایت بیان کی ، البتہ انہوں نے "" او جلدة "" کہا ۔ ابوزناد نے کہا : یہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی زبان ہے ۔ ( قریش کی زبان میں ) یہ لفظ "" جلدته "" ہی ہے ۔ ( معنی ایک ہی ہے ، یعنی جسے میں کوڑے ماروں ۔)
