وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَشْجَعِيُّ، عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، وَمَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَادِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمِثْلِهِ .
سفیان ثوری نے منصور اور اعمش سے ، انھوں نے ابراہیم سے ، انھوں نے ہمام سے ، انھوں نے حضرت مقداد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے اور انھوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی ( حدیث ) کے مانند روایت کی ۔
