حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ، بَشَّارٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُفَضَّلٌ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ مُهَلْهَلٍ - كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، فِي هَذَا الإِسْنَادِ . بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ الْوَاشِمَاتِ وَالْمُسْتَوْشِمَاتِ . وَفِي حَدِيثِ مُفَضَّلٍ الْوَاشِمَاتِ وَالْمَوْشُومَاتِ .
سفیان اور مفضل بن مہلہل دونوں نے منصور سے ، اسی سند میں جریر کی حدیث کے ہم معنی روایت بیان کی مگر سفیان کی حدیث میں : " گودنے والیاں اور گدوانے والیاں " ہے ، جبکہ مفضل کی روایت میں " گودنے والیاں اور جن ( کے جسم ) پر گودا جاتا ہے " کے الفاظ ہیں ۔ ( مقصود ایک ہی ہے ۔)
