وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا حَنْظَلَةُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَالِمًا، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ مِنَ الْخُيَلاَءِ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
عبد اللہ بن نمیر نے کہا : ہمیں حنظلہ نے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : میں نے سالم سے انھوں نے حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی : کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرما یا : " جس شخص نے تکبر سے کپڑا گھسیٹا اللہ تعا لیٰ قیامت کے دن اس کی طرف نظر تک نہیں فرما ئے گا ۔
