وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ حَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْبَجَلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ ضَبَّةَ بْنِ مِحْصَنٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ إِلاَّ قَوْلَهُ " وَلَكِنْ مَنْ رَضِيَ وَتَابَعَ " . لَمْ يَذْكُرْهُ .
ابن مبارک نے ہشام سے ، انہوں نے حسن سے ، انہوں نے ضبہ بن محصن سے ، انہوں نے حضرت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " پھر اسی کے مانند بیان کیا ، سوائے ان الفاظ کے : " جس نے پسند کیا اور پیچھے لگا " یہ الفاظ بیان نہیں کیے
