وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ ابْنِ، عُيَيْنَةَ - قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، - عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ نُبَيْهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ، يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْمُحْرِمُ لاَ يَنْكِحُ وَلاَ يَخْطُبُ " .
ایوب بن موسیٰ نے نبیہ بن وہب سے ، انہوں نے ابان بن عثمان سے ، انہوں نے حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، وہ اس ( کی سند ) کو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تک پہنچاتے تھے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " محرم ( جس نے احرام باندھ رکھا ہو وہ ) نکاح کرے نہ نکاح کا پیغام بھیجے
