حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الأَشْجَعِيِّ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " فُضِّلْنَا عَلَى النَّاسِ بِثَلاَثٍ جُعِلَتْ صُفُوفُنَا كَصُفُوفِ الْمَلاَئِكَةِ وَجُعِلَتْ لَنَا الأَرْضُ كُلُّهَا مَسْجِدًا وَجُعِلَتْ تُرْبَتُهَا لَنَا طَهُورًا إِذَا لَمْ نَجِدِ الْمَاءَ " . وَذَكَرَ خَصْلَةً أُخْرَى .
حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے كہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہم لوگوں كو اور لوگوں پر فضیلت ملی تین باتوں كی وجہ سے ہماری صفیں فرشتوں كی صفوں كی طرح كی گئی اور ہمارے لیے ساری زمین نماز كی جگہ ہے اور زمین كی خاك ہم كو پاك كرنے والی ہے جب پانی نہ ملے اور ایك بات اور بیان كی ۔
