حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ مِنْ نَفْسٍ تُقْتَلُ ظُلْمًا إِلاَّ كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الأَوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْهَا ـ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ سُفْيَانُ مِنْ دَمِهَا ـ لأَنَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ أَوَّلاً ".
ہم سے عبداللہ بن زبیر حمیدی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان نے، کہا ہم سے اعمش نے، ان سے عبداللہ بن مروہ نے، ان سے مسروق نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جو شخص بھی ظلم کے ساتھ قتل کیا جائے گا اس کے ( گناہ کا ) ایک حصہ آدم علیہ السلام کے پہلے بیٹے ( قابیل ) پر بھی پڑے گا۔“ بعض اوقات سفیان نے اس طرح بیان کیا کہ ”اس کے خون کا“ کیونکہ اسی نے سب سے پہلے ناحق خون کی بری رسم قائم کی۔
