حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ رَجُلاً، ذَكَرَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ يُخْدَعُ فِي الْبُيُوعِ فَقَالَ " إِذَا بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ ".
ہم سے اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبداللہ بن دینار نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ ایک صحابی نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے عرض کیا کہ وہ خرید و فروخت میں دھوکہ کھا جاتے ہیں۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جب تم کچھ خریدا کرو تو کہہ دیا کرو کہ اس میں کوئی دھوکہ نہ ہونا چاہئے۔
