حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حُمَيْدًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ خَاتَمُهُ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَكَانَ فَصُّهُ مِنْهُ. وَقَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدٌ سَمِعَ أَنَسًا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم.
ہم سے اسحاق نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو معتمر نے خبر دی، کہا کہ میں نے حمید سے سنا، وہ انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے بیان کرتے تھے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی انگوٹھی چاندی کی تھی اور اس کا نگینہ بھی اسی کا تھا اور یحییٰ بن ایوب نے بیان کیا کہ مجھ سے حمید نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا، انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی طرح بیان کیا۔
