حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ عَمْرٌو أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ، سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ كُنَّا نَتَزَوَّدُ لُحُومَ الأَضَاحِيِّ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ، وَقَالَ غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ لُحُومَ الْهَدْىِ.
ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے سفیان نے بیان کیا کہ عمرو نے بیان کیا، انہیں عطاء نے خبر دی، انہوں نے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ مدینہ پہنچنے تک ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں قربانی کا گوشت جمع کرتے تھے اور کئی مرتبہ ( بجائے «لحوم الأضاحي» کے ) «لحوم الهدى.» کا لفظ استعمال کیا۔
