حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ كَانَ أَبُو نَهِيكٍ رَجُلاً أَكُولاً فَقَالَ لَهُ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ الْكَافِرَ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ ". فَقَالَ فَأَنَا أُومِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ.
ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن دینار نے کہ ابونہیک بڑے کھانے والے تھے۔ ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ہے کہ کافر ساتوں آنتوں میں کھاتا ہے۔ ابونہیک نے اس پر عرض کیا کہ میں اللہ اور اس کے رسول پر ایمان رکھتا ہوں۔
