حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ آتَى إِلَىَّ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم حُلَّةً سِيَرَاءَ فَلَبِسْتُهَا، فَرَأَيْتُ الْغَضَبَ فِي وَجْهِهِ فَشَقَّقْتُهَا بَيْنَ نِسَائِي.
ہم سے حجاج بن منہال نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان، کہا کہ مجھے عبدالملک بن میسرہ نے خبر دی، کہا کہ میں نے زید بن وہب سے سنا اور ان سے علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے میرا کپڑے کا جوڑا ہدیہ میں دیا تو میں نے اسے خود پہن لیا، پھر میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے چہرہ مبارک پر خفگی دیکھی تو میں نے اسے پھاڑ کر اپنی عورتوں میں تقسیم کر دیا۔
