حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ سَأَلَ أَهْلُ مَكَّةَ أَنْ يُرِيَهُمْ آيَةً فَأَرَاهُمُ انْشِقَاقَ الْقَمَرِ.
ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یونس بن محمد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شیبان نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ مکہ والوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے معجزہ دکھانے کو کہا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں چاند کے پھٹ جانے کا معجزہ دکھایا۔
