حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَالشَّمْسُ تَجْرِي لِمُسْتَقَرٍّ لَهَا} قَالَ " مُسْتَقَرُّهَا تَحْتَ الْعَرْشِ ".
ہم سے حمیدی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے وکیع نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے اعمش نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابراہیم تیمی نے، ان سے ان کے والد نے اور ان سے ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اللہ تعالیٰ کے فرمان «والشمس تجري لمستقر لها» ”اور سورج اپنے ٹھکانے کی طرف چلتا رہتا ہے۔“ کے متعلق سوال کیا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اس کا ٹھکانا عرش کے نیچے ہے۔
