حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى، سَمِعَ مُعَاذَ بْنَ رِفَاعَةَ، أَنَّ مَلَكًا، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. وَعَنْ يَحْيَى، أَنَّ يَزِيدَ بْنَ الْهَادِ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّهُ كَانَ مَعَهُ يَوْمَ حَدَّثَهُ مُعَاذٌ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ، فَقَالَ يَزِيدُ فَقَالَ مُعَاذٌ إِنَّ السَّائِلَ هُوَ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ.
ہم سے اسحاق بن منصور نے بیان کیا، ہم کو یزید بن ہارون نے خبر دی، کہا ہم کو یحییٰ بن سعید انصاری نے خبر دی اور انہوں نے معاذ بن رفاعہ سے سنا کہ ایک فرشتے نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا اور یحییٰ بن سعید انصاری سے روایت ہے کہ یزید بن ہاد نے انہیں خبر دی کہ جس دن معاذ بن رفاعہ نے ان سے یہ حدیث بیان کی تھی تو وہ بھی ان کے ساتھ تھے۔ یزید نے بیان کیا کہ معاذ نے کہا تھا کہ پوچھنے والے جبرائیل علیہ السلام تھے۔
