حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ ذُكِرَ لَهُ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ ـ وَكَانَ بَدْرِيًّا ـ مَرِضَ فِي يَوْمِ جُمُعَةٍ فَرَكِبَ إِلَيْهِ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَعَالَى النَّهَارُ وَاقْتَرَبَتِ الْجُمُعَةُ، وَتَرَكَ الْجُمُعَةَ
ہم سے قتیبہ نے بیان کیا، ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، ان سے یحییٰ نے ان سے نافع نے کہ ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے جمعہ کے دن ذکر کیا کہ سعید بن زید بن عمرو بن نفیل رضی اللہ عنہما جو بدری صحابی تھے، بیمار ہیں۔ دن چڑھ چکا تھا، ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سوار ہو کر ان کے پاس تشریف لے گئے۔ اتنے میں جمعہ کا وقت قریب ہو گیا اور وہ جمعہ کی نماز ( مجبوراً ) نہ پڑھ سکے۔
