حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَيَرْقُدُ أَحَدُنَا وَهْوَ جُنُبٌ قَالَ " نَعَمْ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَرْقُدْ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ ".
ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے نافع سے، وہ ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے کہ عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا کہ کیا ہم میں سے کوئی جنابت کی حالت میں سو سکتا ہے؟ فرمایا ہاں، وضو کر کے جنابت کی حالت میں بھی سو سکتے ہو۔
