حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَرَضَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ الْيَمِينَ فَأَسْرَعُوا، فَأَمَرَ أَنْ يُسْهَمَ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الْيَمِينِ أَيُّهُمْ يَحْلِفُ.
ہم سے اسحاق بن نصر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالرزاق نے بیان کیا، انہیں معمر نے خبر دی، انہیں ہمام نے اور انہیں ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے چند آدمیوں سے قسم کھانے کے لیے کہا ( ایک ایسے مقدمے میں جس کے یہ لوگ مدعیٰ علیہ تھے ) قسم کے لیے سب ایک ساتھ آگے بڑھے۔ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حکم دیا ”قسم کھانے کے لیے ان میں باہم قرعہ ڈالا جائے کہ پہلے کون قسم کھائے۔“
