حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ أَمَرَ فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصِنْ بِجَلْدِ مِائَةٍ وَتَغْرِيبِ عَامٍ.
ہم سے یحییٰ بن بکیر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا عقیل سے، وہ ابن شہاب سے، ان سے عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ نے اور ان سے زید بن خالد رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان لوگوں کے لیے جو شادی شدہ نہ ہوں اور زنا کریں۔ یہ حکم دیا تھا کہ انہیں سو کوڑے لگائے جائیں اور ایک سال کے لیے جلا وطن کر دیا جائے۔
